Actually, since he would have been the first step on her getting an abortion, he should be liable.So...under the Texas law....when a man tells his pregnant girlfriend that he doesn't want a baby....can she or some of her friends now sue him for ejaculating inside her body?
Excellent read.....so true!A good read.

The population growth in Texas is minority based and favors a more liberal agenda.....current old white Texans know this and are trying to change/alter laws quickly to hold on to their power for as long as possible. They will eventually loose but...in the meantime.....they are f**king over many people.Late term medically induced labor in cases of fetal failure to thrive/severe birth defects that would pose extreme risk to the mother and fetus has no chance to survive is technically defined as late term abortion. So anybody who wants to ban that procedure and potentially sign the death warrant of mothers who are already going through a medical situation you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy, are ignorant fools. The voters and lawmakers pushing through these extremist laws are oppressing women and should be condemned for their ignorance. It's just shocking.

Texas is going the way of extremist countries with this taliban-like law.
