I'm guessing GAYtor .. gave up pushing his LIE that the Democrat Republicans .. were really Republicans?

"The Democratic-Republican Party, also referred to as the Jeffersonian Republican Party and known at the time under various other names,[a] was an American political party founded by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison in the early 1790s that championed republicanism, agrarianism, political equality, and expansionism. The party became increasingly dominant after the 1800 elections as the opposing Federalist Party collapsed. The Democratic-Republicans later splintered during the 1824 presidential election. The majority faction of the Democratic-Republicans eventually coalesced into the modern Democratic Party, while the minority faction ultimately formed the core of what became the Whig Party."

The Republican Party wasn't formed until 1854 .. decades after gerrymandering started in the US.

And the Democrat Republicans .. became the modern Democrat Party .. who continued Gerrymandering, created the Jim Crow Laws, created the KKK the enforcement arm of their party, fought against ending slavery, fought against integration of schools, fought against Minority voting rights, etc., etc., etc.

Paid .. "by the post" .. Old LibTard Fool .....
Thanks for sharing that. I always thought you were. Maybe your handlers who are paying you should also include word count and sentence structure also and drop paying you for just posting and that would reduce/stop your "Dumbass Being the Only Content of your Posts" counting as a post and not eligible for payment.

In NC the Republican controlled legislature in compliance with the latest Census Numbers redrew the voting districts. The problem being with the new map was that it was viewed by many as being a Gerrymandered piece of art work instead of a Voting District Map.

A court challenged was raised stating the Map was not a true representation of voters in a specific area, but a Gerrymandered work of Art.

The case was heard by a Republican three judge Court. Look what they ruled, which resulted in an appeal to the State Supreme Court.

"The court’s decision reversed a ruling last month from a panel of three trial judges that let the maps stand, and declared partisan gerrymandering found in the redistricting approved by the legislature in November violated several provisions in the North Carolina Constitution. They include the right to free elections, freedom of speech and equal protections of citizens."

Violated several provisions in the NC Constitution, yet they let the Gerrymandered Map stand as the Official Voting District Map for NC.

The NC Supreme Court threw the Map Out.
